Shipping Policy

1. The order will be processed within 2-15 days, depending on the quantity, products, and customisation.

2. Please provide the complete delivery address, including the door number, building name, street name, area name, landmark, city, pin code, and primary and alternate delivery phone numbers.

3. Depending on the delivery location, shipping would take 4-8 days.

4. If an order is returned due to an address error, the client will be charged an additional fee to resend the order.

5. Unboxing video from start to finish is required as proof in the event of any damage.
